Minis need games, games need minis. It’s a well-known fact in the industry, yet unless you produce both in-house, it can be hard to bring the two together. As part of our effort to build a sustainable, cooperative platform for indie tabletop games, we want to make pairing great miniatures with great games super easy and seamless. Cross promos are one of our first practical steps in that direction, and you can join today.

If you have a miniature range that could be used for Greathelm, Hobgoblin, Space Gits, or Eternøl, we would love to hear from you and cross promote your models in our game apps, newsletter, and the platform!

You don't need to create new models, prepare anything special, or pay us a cent. We put together custom army lists for your miniatures, you share them with your audience (in your Kickstarter/Frontiers campaign, Patreon posts, wherever you like), and we promote you through our own channels. Importantly, players also benefit: they get ready-made inspiration for getting your miniatures on the table. A rising tide lifts all boats!

How It Works

A cross promo collaboration usually works like this:

  1. We agree on which miniature range to promote.
  2. You send us relevant photos/renders. You can also include names and lore, but that is entirely optional.
  3. Within 3 days, we send you ready army lists for you to use. (You can also edit them as much as you want — up to you!)
  4. You share the army lists with your backers or followers.
  5. We promote your campaign or the army lists in our apps, in our newsletter (~3,000 subscribers), and on the relevant game page of our website, where they stay easy to find long after your campaign ends.

Why is this free? Every new army list creates an opportunity for the game to be discovered by new people, makes it more fun to play, and our platform gets more interesting to browse. We also get a cut from game platform sales. Eventually, we plan on directly selling STLs too.

How It Looks

Below are two example of cross promo collaborations we ran in early 2026 that you can use as a reference.

The Bellwoken

We worked with @benbam_works on his Bellwoken Kickstarter campaign, which raised over 9,200 USD. We created a custom Bellwoken collection (with the full range of miniatures including photos and lore descriptions) and starter army for Hobgoblin, and a quick battle warband for Greathelm. The campaign was featured in our newsletter after launch, and the Bellwoken army lists are still easy to find on the Hobgoblin game page.

See the KS Campaign Page, section "Get Your Models on the Tabletop!" for an example of how the cross-promo was presented to campaign backers.

I had an absolute blast collaborating with Art and ITC! The Bellwoken was my very first Kickstarter campaign, and I have no doubt that ITC helped my campaign reach more people and gain support from tabletop enthusiasts I wouldn’t have been able to reach on my own. But what made the experience really special was how Art went above and beyond. He helped bring my miniatures into the games with custom rules and warbands, and I loved hearing his ideas and creative takes along the way. You can really tell how much he cares about the hobby, the industry, and the community he’s helping build.

Finsterbones 2

We worked with Paul from Finsterfey Miniatures on his Finsterbones 2 Kickstarter campaign, which raised over 12,500 EUR. Paul built his own collection for all units he wants to create in his undead range, as well as a starter army specifically for Finsterbones 2 — a great example of how you can make the army lists your own. Lightly edited army lists are now easily available on the Hobgoblin game page.

See the campaign page, section "finsterbones - undead horde army list for hobgoblin!" for an example of how the cross-promo was presented to campaign backers.

As a solo indie creator, doing a collab with ITC was a nice way to get a chance to show my work to some more people and I am quite sure it was one reason to why my campaign went so well. I especially like that I can present my models in the context of a certain game! In the end my models are made for gaming! Presenting my miniatures directly with rules to use feels amazing!

The Fine Print

You are very welcome to talk about the collaboration publicly, promote it on social media, newsletter, etc. Really, please do! The only requirement we have is: Don't say your miniature range is an 'official miniature set' for the given games, as that would be confusing to our audience.

We would also really appreciate it if you mention Indie Tabletop Club and include copyright info for the relevant games. We'll send you the exact wording later on.
