Brand Guide

Help us build a recognisable brand.

Summary

  • Use Indie Tabletop Club, or ITC, when referring to the brand.
  • Use the term digital tools when talking about our offering.
  • Use the term smart rules when referring to the in-app rules feature.
  • Use the primary or inverse logo for branded materials.

Name

When referring to our brand, please always use Indie Tabletop Club, or ITC for short, once the name has been introduced.

We use simple English title-case spelling, so please avoid unnecessary alterations to the name (uppercasing, lowercasing, joining into a single word, etc.) or using our domain as the name.

If you ever need it, our legal name is Indie Tabletop Club s.r.o. You should only use this in the context of legal documents.

Tools

We use the term digital tools to refer to our offering. This includes list builders, smart rules, random name generators, scenario generators, etc.

When referring to our rules feature, please use the term smart rules. This shouldn't be capitalised, quoted, or otherwise altered. We are trying to build something new here, and using this term consistently is essential for our audience to recognise the feature.

Each game/app will have its own terminology for the individual parts of the app (e.g., Space Gits uses gang builder, whereas Hobgoblin uses army builder). These terms are totally fine to use, as well as their more general equivalent (e.g., list builder in the previously mentioned case).

Logo

Please use the primary black-text with orange hexagon symbol on transparent background logo whenever you can. You can use it over white, gray, or beige backgrounds, but please avoid other colours that would clash with the orange symbol.

Download primary logo

We have an alternative white text version of the logo for use on black or very dark backgrounds. As with the primary logo, please avoid clashing backgrounds.

Download inverse logo

Note on the ITC symbol: On our social media, we use our orange hexagon symbol as the full logo wouldn't fit into the square format that most social media platforms require. This is a necessary compromise for social media, but please do not use it in other communication.
